Dario Serrentino makes this savory white in a small coastal village in the south of Sicily. It’s a remote and beautiful place to be. It's made from the grape grillo, which is only found there. Mortellito is considered a natural winemaker– the wines are full in flavor but not oily or buttery.

Tastes like: Fresh oranges and the ocean.

How to drink: Ice cold, when you’d rather be on a beach. Or alongside sushi, thai, or spaghetti vongole.
