Nanclares y Prieto, 'Dandelion' Albariño Rías Baixas 2019

$25
Albariño is a white wine from Spain's northwest coast that you should definitely be drinking instead of pinot grigio. It's bright with acidity, a little bit salty, and always refreshing. Think about the flavors of the kind of light, lemony sauce you'd want to spoon over fish while eating next to the ocean. Thats pretty much the flavor of albarino. Don't spill this wine on your fish though—that would be a waste.
