With hand-harvested, low-yield, organic grapes, Thomas is making some of our favorite wines in Chablis today. This bottle comes from ‘Butteaux’, a phenomenal vineyard that produces powerful and textured wines.

Tastes like: Ripe pear, freshly baked bread, sea salt.
How to drink: Ideal alongside baked fish with lemon garlic butter or a really nice roast chicken.
