Anne and Pierre Boisson don’t make a lot of wine. So even with a 200-year family track record in Meursault - previously Domaine Boisson-Vadot - they lack the name recognition of some of the region’s icons. As a result, their fresh, mineral-driven bottlings represent some of the best values in all of White Burgundy. That’s especially true of this Auxey-Duresses, a village that borders Meursault and consistently punches above its weight for the price.

Tastes like: Lemon zest, toasted hazelnuts, acacia.
How to drink: Lightly chilled with roast chicken, mushroom pasta, or rich seafood dishes.
