Pierre Boisson, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc 'Le Chemin de Pierre' 2022

When their father retired in 2016, Pierre Boisson took over the iconic Domaine Boisson-Vadot in Meursault. He began bottling wines under his own label, and established himself as one of the rising stars in all of White Burgundy. Early on, Pierre found a vineyard outside Pommard that had never previously been planted to vines. However, Pierre saw the potential of its pure limestone soils, and from the small plot, began producing this white that showcases his smoky, focused style.

Tastes like: Pear, brioche, smoke.

How to drink: Chilled with sushi, all types of seafood, or soft cheeses.
