His farming at Ferme de Sansonnière has been biodynamic for more than 30 years, turning him into an icon of both natural wine and Loire chenin blanc.

His “La Lune” as well as his exceptionally rare single-vineyard bottlings are dry and mineral-driven, yet rich, weighty, and powerfully aromatic.
