The Rinaldi family are icons in Barolo. They’re also hipsters of sorts too--being both regal and cool is a combination not uncommon amongst our favorite producers. While their Barolo wines are best when aged 10+ years, they make wine from some more obscure grapes that is meant for early and easy drinking. Ruche is a grape that is not imported into the US. We buy it in Italy in small quantities and here’s our stash for you. It's light, floral, and fresh.
