R. Chevillon, Bourgogne Passetoutgrains 2017

$42
Robert Chevillon is a heritage winery in the town of Nuits Saint Georges in Burgundy. It is regarded as one of the most imporant producers in all of Burgundy, mostly making classic, age-worthy reds from the best vineyards in the village. Chevillon also makes this wine, which is a blend of two-thirds gamay and one-third pinot noir. With the addition of gamay, this wine is meant to be drunk young. It's floral, fruity, and very similar to Beaujolais.
