Sandlands, Lodi Cinsault 2023

Sandlands is the personal project from Tegan Passalacqua, a Napa native who’s been the head winemaker at Turley for the past decade. Compared to the 50+ wines that Tegan makes at Turley, Sandlands’ range is considerably more concise. He crafts a few barrels of a handful of wines, all from super old vines around Lodi and the North Coast. From lesser known grape varieties, his ancient vines produce savory, aromatic, seriously delicious wines.
