The inimitable Dr. Ulli Stein is one of the most staunch advocates and celebrated champions of the Mosel. On the steep, slate slopes that this German region is famous for, Stein makes a range of electric, ultra-expressive wines. This dry riesling is clean, brisk, and mineral, with 70+ year-old vines adding particular cut and intensity.
Tastes like: Grapefruit, honeysuckle, smoke.
How to drink: Cold with summer salads or all types of fresh seafood.
