His light-handed style quickly took Pillot to the very top of the hierarchy in Chassagne-Montrachet. Thierry produces fresh, salty, precise White Burgundy, all of which is on display in his Bourgogne Blanc. Made entirely from vines in Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin, this is a serious White Burgundy for the price.
