Paul Pillot, Bourgogne Blanc 2023

Since taking over in 2004, Thierry Pillot has made the wines of Domaine Paul Pillot some of the most sought-after in Chassagne-Montrachet. This Bourgogne Blanc is made primarily with grapes from Chassagne, and showcases Pillot’s elegant, salty, and richly textured style.

Tastes like: Ripe peach, lemon zest, salted almonds.
How to drink: Not too cold, ideally with lobster or sautéed scallops.
