Tissot, Crémant du Jura Cuvée Indigène


Stéphane Tissot is a torchbearer for the natural wine movement and the Jura as a whole, promoting its local styles and native grape varieties. Tissot uses small portions of two of those varieties, trousseau and poulsard, as well as chardonnay and pinot noir to make this sparkling wine. Rich and round, this is the highest end crémant in the Tissot lineup.

Tastes like: Lemon zest, toasted almonds, brioche.

How to drink: Alongside scallops in brown butter, or whenever you want a great value alternative to Champagne.
