Before launching Wasenhaus, Alex Götze and Christoph Wolber worked at some of Burgundy's true blue-chip addresses, including de Montille, Leflaive, Comte Armand, and Pierre Morey. So, it should come as no surprise that they craft phenomenal wines with chardonnay from limestone soils a few hours east in Germany.
