Azimut, Penedès Brisat Orange 2023

 The Suriol family has been making wine on the same property an hour west of Barcelona for 400 years. Today, Assís Suriol oversees the estate, and exclusively works with organic grapes. For this orange wine, those grapes are obscure - parellada, moscatel, sumoll blanc, garnacha blanc - but the result is light, bright, and tailor-made for warm days outdoors this summer.

Tastes like: Clementine, ginger, sea breeze.

How to drink: Cold on its own, or alongside cheeses and salty snacks.
