Bodega Chacra, Pinot Noir 'Barda' 2022

$27
It would be very reasonable for Piero Incisa to spend all of his time at his family’s estate in Tuscany. After all, that estate is Tenuta San Guido, the producer of Sassicaia. Instead, Piero spends half the year working on wines from his small operation in a remote part of Patagonia, Argentina. He only makes a few hundred cases of the ‘Barda’, a French-style (earthy and savory) pinot from century-old vines.

Tastes like: Plum, lavender, mushroom, cedar.
How to drink: Slightly chilled alongside duck, mushroom burgers, or roast pork.
