We hate to name-drop that this wine is made by a family member of Sassicaia, but it’s required. Truth is, other than the quality, it has nothing to do with Sassicaia. This is no-sulfur added (or ‘sin azufre’) pinot noir from the deepest parts of Patagonia, Argentina. You’ll love this wine if you’ve enjoyed Burgundy, Northern Rhône syrah, and Beaujolais.
Tastes like: Cherry, wild mushroom, and lavender.How to drink: With a slight chill, alongside anything from charcuterie to grilled fish.
