Cantina Marilina, Terre Siciliane Moscato 'Cuè' 2022

 In southeastern Sicily, Marilina Paternò makes this orange wine entirely from organic moscato. Taking cues from local natural wine icon Frank Cornelissen, Marilina combines meticulousness in the vineyards with a hands-off, unfiltered, minimal sulfur approach in the cellar. Moscato is inherently a floral, textured, highly aromatic variety - traits that are all amplified by a brief period of skin contact.

Tastes like: Baked apple, orange zest, honeysuckle, salted almonds.
