Cappellano is a Barolo legend, checking the boxes of both staunch traditionalist and low-intervention pioneer. While most famous for their age-worthy Barolo, the family also invented Chinato. Chinato is like a lower-alcohol alternative to amaro, but less bitter, more complex, and, well, better.
It's made with their collectible Barolo as the base, as well as a range of botanicals and spices - the exact components are a closely guarded secret. The result is smooth, herbal, and a far better way to end your night than chugging pedialyte.
