Clos Cibonne, Rosé 'Cuvée Tradition' 2022

Clos Cibonne makes one of the greatest and most singular rosés in France, or for that matter, the world. They specialize in an esoteric, native Provencal grape called tibouren, which they farm organically on a hillside a few hundred yards from the Mediterranean. The resulting wine is savory and herbal, with texture and complexity only found in rosés from producers like Tempier, Vacheron, and Lopez de Heredia.

Tastes like: Strawberry, fennel, white pepper, salted almonds.

How to drink: Think Mediterranean: fresh vegetables drizzled with olive oil, or grilled fish.
