Domaine Didier Fornerol, Bourgogne Aligoté 2021
From 1982 until 1998, Didier Fornerol worked under one of the legends of Burgundy, Jean-Pierre de Smet, at Domaine de L’Arlot. In 1999, he left L’Arlot to take over his family’s domaine in an area not considered to have exceptional vineyards. Fast forward to present, and Fornerol's wines transcend their region-level classifications. This fresh, bright aligoté is evidence of that.
