The top cuvée in Moët’s range, Dom is only produced as a vintage Champagne. And those vintages only come about when conditions are ideal, meaning DP doesn’t release a wine about four times per decade. All of their wines are aged for a long time before release, leading to body and structure that makes them ageable for decades. 

Tastes like: Apricot, sea salt, fresh baked bread.
How to drink: Out of a normal wine glass, ideally with caviar and/or oysters.
