While Bonnes-Mares is mostly located in Chambolle-Musigny, there’s a small sliver in Morey-Saint-Denis. That sliver is owned entirely by Bruno Clair. He farms the vineyard organically to produce this powerful, earthy grand cru Red Burgundy. Bonnes Mares is always built to age, though 2021 yielded a wine that will also drink well young.
