The Cornu family has lived in the Burgundian town of Echevronne since the thirteenth century, and you’ll find their winery there today. So, it’s safe to say that they understand the land pretty darn well. That becomes clear when you taste this organic pinot noir, which has all of the earthy, savory calling cards of classic Red Burgundy.

Tastes like: Tart cherry, mushroom, and clove.
How to drink: Enjoy this with pâté, or alongside duck or roast pork.
