Domaine du Chancelier is an upstart Burgundy producer working with old vines around the Côte de Beaune. The duo behind the estate, Elsa and Cédric Ehrhart, make this pinot noir from organic vines in Volnay. Deep clay soils yield a full, smooth, concentrated style of Red Burgundy.
Tastes like: Raspberry, clove, dried leaves.
How to drink: Pair with roast chicken, mushroom agnolotti, or charcuterie.
