Domaine du Clos des Rocs, Pouilly-Loché 'Les Mûres' 2023
Clos des Rocs is the most important producer in Pouilly-Loché, a little-known area in the Maconnais region of southern Burgundy. While some whites from this relatively warm part of Burgundy can be plush and overripe, this bottling from a soon-to-be Premier Cru vineyard is elegant, chiseled, and briskly saline.
Tastes like: Peach, roasted hazelnut, sea salt.
How to drink: Chilled with soft cheeses or seared fish.
