While Guillaume d'Angerville focuses on red wines at his legendary domaine in Volnay, many of his bottlings at Pélican are made from the Jura's native white grape, savagnin. There is no better vineyard in the Jura - especially for savagnin - than Grand Curloulet. Its cool, windy hillside yields a savory, concentrated white wine.
