An hour east of his legendary Domaine Marquis d'Angerville in Burgundy, Guillaume d’Angerville founded Domaine du Pélican in the Jura in 2012. Since then, his wines have ascended to the top of the Jura’s quality hierarchy. Only 4 barrels of this chardonnay were made in 2021. It’s ripe and a bit nutty, with salty and citrus notes keeping it bright and vibrant.
