Since Gautier Desvignes joined his father, Eric, at their family winery in the Burgundian village of Givry, the domaine’s wines have gone to a whole new level. With organic farming and no added sulfur, less oak and longer aging, their reds have become more vibrant, expressive, and just plain tasty. They only produce 1000 cases of this Red Burgundy each year, which is plush and aromatic, ready to enjoy today.
Tastes like: Red cherry, dried roses, mushroom.
How to drink: With pan-seared duck, delicate cuts of red meat, or any pasta with mushrooms.
