Just 30 years old, Benoit splits his time between Paris - where he’s a wine broker representing domaines like Lafarge and Henri Germain - and Normandy, where his family has been growing apples for generations. From the best of his family’s orchards, he hand-picks a bunch of heritage apple and pear varieties to make ciders using the same method as Champagne.

Benoit uses about 12 different types of apples to make this rich, slightly spicy cider. At only 5% alcohol, it’s an ideal day-drinking option this Fall.
