In the Loire Valley, between Vouvray and Sancerre, Pascal Potaire and Moses Gadouche specialize in natural sparkling wines. While their range of pét-nats run the gamut stylistically, ‘Pynoz’ is as tangy and easy-drinking as they come. The lightly sparkling rosé is made from an equal blend of old-vine pinot noir and the local pineau d’aunis.
Tastes like: Raspberry, wildflowers, tamarind.
How to drink: Cold with grilled veggies, cheese and charcuterie, or salty snacks.
