Domaine Louis Boillot, Moulin-a-Vent 'Brusselion' 2020

Moulin-à-Vent is responsible for the biggest and more powerfully structured wines in Beaujolais. Louis Boillot - famous for his collectible bottlings from Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin - illustrates that style perfectly. Deep, earthy, and complex, his Moulin-à-Vent could age for 20+ years.

Tastes like: Strawberry, thyme, smoke, licorice.

How to drink: Ideal with bolognese, herb-roasted chicken, or bbq ribs.
