Tissot is the biggest name in the Jura, which is due, in part, to Stéphane’s mastery of local grape varieties. For reds, that means trousseau and poulsard. While the trousseau yields savory and gamey wines, this poulsard is bright and exceptionally easy-drinking. Chilled reds don’t get much better than this.
