While rosé can certainly be serious wine, very little of it is allocated or collectible. Rosé from Vacheron is both. One of the absolute best producers in Sancerre, this biodynamic domaine makes a pinot noir rosé that’s light and salty, but not at all lacking in texture or complexity. Stock up - this is the only batch we’ll see this year.
