Enderle & Moll, Baden Pinot Noir 'Basis' 2023

German pinot noir is a wine category that’s very much on the rise. In many ways, it’s a groundswell that began with Enderle & Moll. In the southern region of Baden, on the edge of the Black Forest, Sven Enderle and Florian Moll began making natural, Burgundian-style pinot noir 15 years ago. Today, they remain at the very top of the game. The ‘Basis’ illustrates their lithe, fresh, ultra-expressive style perfectly.
