Floral Terranes, Cider 'Harrison' 2021

Floral Terranes is a cidery in Long Island from Erik Longibardi and Benford Lepley. Calling it ‘artisanal’ wouldn’t do it justice. The two make cider mostly using foraged fruit, which they ferment in Erik’s suburban garage in Roslyn. It sounds a little out there, but the thing is, their ciders are really good.

This is made entirely from Harrison apples, a rare variety that yields a rich and intense cider.
