Is ‘Susucaru’ a dark rosé or a light red? In the end, it doesn’t really matter. It's delicious. The legendary Frank Cornelissen crafts it from a blend of grapes native to the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna on Sicily. It's salty, herbal, and tart, reminiscent of light reds from the Jura. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Tastes like: Blood orange, smoke, tart red cherry, sea salt.
How to drink: Chilled alongside cheese and charcuterie.
