Is ‘Susucaru’ a dark rosé or a light red? In the end, it doesn’t really matter. It's delicious. The legendary Frank Cornelissen crafts it from a blend of grapes native to the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna on Sicily. It's salty, herbal, and tart, reminiscent of light reds from the Jura. Serve chilled and enjoy.
