Owned & operated by partners Chef Telly Justice (she/her) & Camille Lindsley (she/her), the duo’s mission and vision for an elevated fine dining experience that centers inclusion is trying to revolutionize what a tasting menu is capable of.  HAGS offers fun, whimsical 6 course menus for vegan & omnivorous guests alike, with beverage pairings curated by Lindsley that complete the Justice’s unique culinary perspective.
