Germain’s style for whites leans towards the richer end of the spectrum, despite a minimal use of oak. Its best and most age-worthy bottlings come from renowned premier crus in its hometown of Meursault, as well as nearby in Chassagne-Montrachet. While Germain makes relatively little red, the bottlings it does release are earthy and offer exceptional value.
