Il Paradiso Brunello is a wine to be enjoyed by those who went long on Game Stop as well as those who shorted it. They're the rebellious producer from one of the best known regions in the world. They’re the stoner high school quarterback who was indifferent about everything, but somehow got into Harvard. They score high points (96), but don’t welcome critics for tasting appointments. In a world of wine that is increasingly divided between those considered natural and those who are blue chip, Il Paradiso is both. They’re obsessively organic, use nothing artificial in their production, and make every decision deliberately. They’re the type of producer we hope all will strive to be: Thoughtful, unique, and devoted to making something remarkable.
