Jean-Philippe Fichet is a meticulous grower who works his plots around Meursault like his own personal garden. He makes White Burgundy that's precise, mineral-driven, and elegant. Stylistically similar to a some of our favorite producers - think Roulot, Genot-Boulanger, or Bachelet-Monnot. His Meursault very much overdelivers for the price.
