Jolie-Laide, Sonoma County Trousseau Gris 2021

Jolie-Laide is a tiny winery in Sonoma that only produces a few hundred cases per year. They utilize the cool Pacific coast to make vibrant wines from relatively obscure French grapes, such as trousseau gris. Farmed organically, picked by hand, and foot-crushed, this natural white spends a few days macerating with its skins, amplifying the aromatics and providing a deeply savory texture.
