Monastero Suore Cistercensi, Coenobium Bianco 2019

A group of nuns makes this orange wine from the local grapes grown on the volcanic soils of their organic vineyards in the countryside of Rome. This is a distinctly refreshing, and savory natural wine.

Tastes like: Apricot, chamomile, and white balsamic.

How to drink: Pair with orecchiette with broccoli rabe pesto, and other tricky vegetables.
