In the hills of Umbria, Paolo Bea, whose family roots in the region date back more than five centuries, uses local grape varieties to make tiny quantities of organic wines. The 'Rosso de Véo' is 100% sagrantino, which undergoes a long maceration and extensive aging prior to release. The result is a rich, deeply earthy red wine.
