Pierre Girardin is the 13th generation of his family to make wine, so even though he’s only been at the helm since 2017, it’s not surprising to hear his wines mentioned alongside Burgundy’s greats. From a series of phenomenal vineyards in Meursault, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet, Pierre is making pure, balanced White Burgundy that’s mineral-driven rather than oaky.
