It’s made in the hills overlooking the Italian Riviera, where the Ruffino family has been growing grapes for more than 500 years. Using the local lumassina grape, they make this crisp, moderately effervescent wine, which should be your new go-to non-Champagne bubbly.

How to drink: Cold with an antipasti like anchovies, charcuterie, olives and cheese.
