Robert Chevillon is one of the most important producers in all of Burgundy. The winery earned that (extremely) high praise by making classic, age-worthy red wines from the best vineyards in Nuits-Saint-Georges. This wine comes from those same legendary vineyards, but includes some gamay to go along with pinot noir, giving it fruity and floral notes similar to Beaujolais.

Tastes like: Red cherry, cranberry, leather, mushroom.

How to drink: Drink it young alongside chicken tacos, burgers, and leaner cuts of steak.
