Ryme Cellars, Mendocino Sangiovese Friulano 'Fox Hill Vineyard' 2023

After working at some of California’s most renowned wineries, including Sine Qua Non and Marcassin, the husband-and-wife team of Megan and Ryan Glaab founded Ryme Cellars. They focus on Italian grape varieties to craft a concise range of fresh, food-friendly wines. This juicy, perfumed red comes from a plot in Mendocino that’s planted primarily to sangiovese, along with a portion of friulano.
