Don’t be mistaken— anyone who tastes these wines loves these wines, but the market hasn’t caught up, making these some of the best-kept secrets (and last remaining values) in Burgundy. Bize makes wine in the small village of Savigny-lès-Beaune in Burgundy's south. There are many winemakers there, but we’d say if you’re going to remember one name, remember Bize’s—their wines embody all the country warmth of Savigny, and everything good in Burgundy as a whole.
