
Smith-Chapel, VdF Rosé 2022
Michelle Smith, formerly the Wine Director at a series of NYC’s top restaurants, met David Chapel while David was working for Beaujolais benchmark, Marcel Lapierre. The couple officially moved to Beaujolais in 2015, and began making their own organic wines from some of the region’s most renowned sites. They craft this rosé from syrah, which they age in steel tanks to produce a particularly lithe, crisp, peppery wine.
